Five Guys - Swords

Chips were so re fried they were like shards of glass and broke into powder when you try to eat them. Had a nicer burger out of a van. Zero stars

1. We were waiting over 25 minutes after the collection time for the order. 2. We ordered a milkshake to try the Bacon flavour. After ordering, we were told that they are out of Bacon and Coffee. When we asked for a refund we were told they didn't know how. Completely unacceptable. 3. No order confirmation is provided so we could not split the order. 4. One of the extra patties was not included. 5. The sauces ordered with the loaded fries was not included.

The burger at five guys was really dry and tasted old. A few hours later didn’t feel good and still don’t feel right Everything in the kitchen look really Unhygienic I’d recommend to stay away from this place Horrible place would never go back !!

I love Five Guys...have been to many of them in the states, so I tried this one in Swords, and was Not disapointed. So good! I love the burger, the amount of toppings, and the peanuts!

I had heard family members raving about the burgers and the hot dogs in Five Guys and found myself close by today. I ordered a hot dog with bacon and waited. I saw what turned out to be my order being prepared, and it didn’t look promising. It was awfull ! The jumbo sausage not smoked like hot dogs in America was cut in two and laid on a bread roll, there were two burned black pieces of streaky bacon laid on top of the split sausage. When I went to eat it the bacon was so overdone that it shattered in several pieces and most of it escaped from the bun and littered the table. For the doubtful pleasure of this offering I paid the sum of € 6.20 . I have seldom had such a poor and almost tasteless meal ever. I also tried one of their burgers on a previous visit and found it to be quite good but not as good as the price €9.60 would suggest. A similar burger with two beef patties, cheese and bacon in a well known competitor can be had for €2.50. When will these five guys learn that you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you won’t last long if this is your best shot. Never again, and I don’t even like your “free” peanuts.
