Linkee - Swords

Lin Kee has a sign on their door claiming to be the best Chinese restaurant in Ireland, and after trying their food, I can certainly agree! They only offer takeout and have a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff is friendly as well. It’s the first time I’ve come across a Chinese restaurant that also serves fries!

This restaurant only offers takeout. It’s not bad; the satay chicken skewers were quite delicious.

I ordered food from Lin Kee Swords through Just-eat.ie and paid the full amount for both the food and delivery. When the delivery arrived, the driver attempted to charge me an additional €3.50, claiming that the website had listed the delivery fee incorrectly. I objected to this, and the driver then called the restaurant to validate their claim. The restaurant responded by stating that I would be charged extra on my next order to make up for the discrepancy, insisting that the Just-eat delivery fees were wrong. If that's the case, why do they allow Just-eat to process orders with inaccurate charges, only to demand more money upon delivery? Throughout the whole interaction, they were unapologetic. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect; instead of chips, I received rice. With so many other Chinese restaurants in Swords, I will be choosing to order from somewhere else in the future.
