Plank Road Orchard - Sycamore

First time here with our 8 month old granddaughter. Had a great time the food was awesome and the prices very reasonable. My wife was very happy they had honeycrisps. We will be back next year.

Visiting this place every year for the last four years. Like country atmosphere without overpriced farm activities. Delicious variety of apples, amazing freshly baked pastries.

This is a nice family owned and operated place. Very friendly.

Drove out 45 miles on a Friday. Chose to visit Plank Road out of all the other area apple orchards. Their website and voice recording stated that they were open. Arrived shortly after noon (posted Friday hours were 10 am to 5 pm) to only find out they were closed. Just terrible. What kind of business does that? Called two phone numbers while I was there, and no one answered either one. Waste of gas, mileage, and my family's time. When people ask for an apple picking recommendation, I'll be sure to give my suggestions and add to not go to Plank Road.
