Highly disappointed in the service at Hong faI eat here every so often and never had an issue..
We were a group of 8 and our meals came one at a time in the spread of about 15min.
I have been going to Hong fa since we arrived home 5 yrs ago. Since COVID the price of a number 2 has risen almost 8.00. This is scandalous as they even made the take out dish smaller. This is gouging at its finest. I will spread the word.
The wongton soup is very good. The food was very good and nice and hot. Will be back.
