Feedback gevenI had a sundae and was able to switch my gelato choice, which was of excellent quality. The presentation of the dish was gorgeous. The service was friendly and quick. I was surprised by how busy they were on a Monday evening.
My friend and I made a reservation for two at the restaurant. When we ordered at the counter, we asked to pay with two cards. The server charged one of us full price without informing us beforehand. She did not honor the 59% off food discount if we wanted to pay separately. We would have paid together if we had known. Additionally, she refused to refund us. The food was decent, but the overall experience left a bad taste in our mouths. If that is their policy, then so be it, but it does not feel fair to deceive customers in that way.
I had a sun and they allowed me to change my choice of Gelato. It was good quality gelato and the presentation of the plate was simply beautiful. The service was friendly and efficient. I was surprised how busy they were on Monday night.

We would have paid together if we knew. She also refused to pay us back. The food was good, I guess, but the whole transaction brought a pretty bad feeling to our meal. If that's the rules then okay, but I think I don't think it's in the spirit of the offer to kidnap customers so
Honestly, quite disappointed. Waffle was cold and seemed bought by Woolies? Brownie felt similar average. I'm confident I have a better package mix version. Everything was basically good, but it was just not worth coming back for us.
