My partner and I were attracted to Grounded on a cold, windy winter morning because of its outdoor heaters and blankets for customers. We both decided to order the eggs benedict with bacon and mushrooms, and we were thoroughly impressed! The dish was presented nicely and tasted fresh, with generous portions of bacon and great flavors. This was the best breakfast we've had during our short trip to Sydney - we will definitely return. :)

I have been here several times now and it is great: good fare, great service, good atmosphere, and seriously good value in an expensive city. If you are looking for a great breakfast then go nowhere else.

We had breakfast at this place and found it to be outstanding. My husband selected the eggs benedict requesting crispy bacon and a side of mushrooms with the order. He very rarely comments about his food, but did mention this was one of the best benedicts he has had in recent times. I ordered the muesli and can easily say it was the best muesli I have tried. Congratulation to whoever put this gem together. The honey syrup was a winner as was the addition of walnuts! The ration of muesli, fresh fruit, syrup, and yogurt was well thought out. The two coffees we ordered were wonderful with my double shot cappuccino being nice and strong and the long black being hot and lovely tasting. Will certainly go back here when we are in the area!

On holiday in Sydney We were staying at the Raddisson on Liverpool Street and really pleased we found this smart modern cafe just up the road. We had breakfast / brunch on 3 days and each time food was delicious, flavoursome and quality ingredients. Eggs benedict, and Eggs Royale were favourites. Really nice coffee Cappuccino too. Service was friendly and relaxed, and made for a really pleasant cafe ambience.
