Solid, unpretentious Italian food in warm and nice causal setting. Vincenzo (Vince and Robert, owners hosts, came by table to chat us up very warm, friendly. Good wines, starters, pasta, mains, pizza. Well located off Georges Street, on Barrack St (sp? , near Martin Place, down stairs basement. Open for lunch dinner Mon thru Fri.

Good food, fantastic service. We were pressed for time and they made extra effort to serve us promptly.

Food was delicious, really tasty with good size portions and fresh vegetables. Service very good. Price right. There were many excellent choices apart from pizza which we didn't try but if the other dishes were anything to go by, pizzas would have been good. Highly recommend this restaurant and would return again and again, but very sadly the owner who has been running it for 18 years, is closing the restaurant down after Australia Day.

Found this place by accident, we were looking for an Italian restaurant but it was closed so walked down the street a bit further and found this one. It's downstairs in a basement. The food was good.

Excellent and well presented food with outstanding wait staff. Highly recommend to try the traditional pizzas and pasta on offer.
