This was a great surprise! Family were hungry, thought it was take away only, but it wasn't. Service was great and meals came out fast. Soft drinks only for sale; shared 3 entrees, 3 mains between 2 kids 2 adults. We left very full and satisfied
This is a wonderful establishment located in the heart of Sydney. Due to its proximity to the city hub, i have had many opportunities to frequent this restaurant and i have had the pleasure of trying most of their dishes.<br/ <br/ I highly recommend their cooked to order menu. It is both reasonably priced and consistent in quality. I personally dont believe you can grab a comparable lunch at city or most locations at city for a similar quality.<br/ <br/ The final remark i would like to leave is that i have found all the staff to be both helpful and a genuine delight to interact with, even during peak hours.
A $9 bowl of Chicken Laksa and its a prett generous bowl of food at that. Tender chicken, nicely spiced so its coconutty and not too hot. The laksa at Lees is a pretty good feed. The ingredients taste fresh because they do get a high turnover here. Lots of people frequent Lee’s. I do wish I had taken a photo of the bowls after we were done. Both me and JR cleaned it out
I enjoyed my nasi lemak. Was not as cheap as I was expecting, around $14. Was warm and pretty yum. Overall quite happy. Will have to try the laksa next time :
