Olivo - Sydney

I came by here as there were empty tables during the lively sydney food was quick to whistle and garnel with wine the service was overwhelmed hard to get attention. it took a because to get alertness, I had to whistle with sosse / suppe, but no spoon...or a bowl to put the clamshells missing the attention to details.

Our first visit, so we hoped it would be good. nice staff, quite reasonable prices, good eating and busy, but pleasant mood. it has crossed all boxes, the employees were particularly attentive to the children and even persecuted us to leave the phone behind. The...Zuppa de pesce was a great choice and really generous and a beautiful selection of weeps to a lot of price points. impressive event. a visit worth a great night in olivo.

Looking for dinner and saw the advertisement for a seafood plate we ordered. the plate was big and we couldn't finish everything. it was ok, some parts good and others a bit average. the service was fast. would probably feed again.

This restaurant never disappoints. eating is delish, wine selection is smart and good priced and the service is always friendly and professional. that is also amazing.

We have in the past had dinner here and it has been exceptionally good, great staff and the food was great and we made it our go to restaurant in Darling Harbour. However, this time the food we had was terrible. We chose a parmasen...crusted chicken and it tasted like a Birds Eye out of the freezer piece of chicken. The presentation of this dish was also of putting with the chicken on top of the mash and the coleslaw looking very sad on the side. The staff had changed from when we went from a couple of months ago and we found our waitress very unattentive. She asked us if we would like water at the table and didnt bring us any after all. We will not be returning after this experience. Very disappointing!
