Paragon Hotel - Sydney

The downstairs bar is great for a quick drink waiting for a ferry or casual catch up. Upstairs is a great place to catch up with friends after work - great atmosphere and feel.

Good place to have a drink, not so crowded like the rest on thursdays.We asked for a beer and cider (about 8$) and some wedges of potatoes with chilli/sweet sauce.Most tables are booked but you can find others empty. Is a good place to have a rest walking around Circular Quay.

I've visited this pub a couple of times recently and had food at the upstairs bar, 1st floor.The service is very poor, the food very ordinary, the hot chips were disgusting. I asked around friends who had visited this venue hence the tilte of my review.

Went there for a lunch with 8 people. Ordered at the bar, meals took over 45 minutes to come out. Very slow service, beer was cold . Food was ok when it arrived, edible but not worth the wait. Suggest that there needs to be some organisational changes. It is a large room so there would expect to be large groups coming in so the staff should expect busy times.

Always stop in here for a beer whenever I'm at the quay. It's never to busy and always friendly staff .Have a great out door section where you can sit and look at the world go past .
