This cafe is charming and cozy. I highly recommend trying the Eggs Benedict on halloumi tapioca fritters - they were crunchy, moist, and bubbly, a unique twist that I absolutely adored. The breakfast burger was also delicious, with plenty of smashed avocado and sriracha mayo. The coffee was excellent as well, which is always a bonus. I would definitely recommend paying a visit if you're in the Bondi area or a local resident.
Up south located here in south Bondi is a hidden gem. They offers a range of delicious food options. The food is amazing here. Here we ordered: Chargrilled chicken delight Up south bowl Rustic chorizo brekkie Tasmanian crispy skin salmon Such an amazing experience we had during our visit. Foods were absolutely amazing. Coffee was great. Staff were friendly
The big breakfast is incredible with fluffy eggs, bacon and sautéed veg, and the eggs Benedict is next level with perfectly poached eggs and creamy house-made hollandaise sauce on the crispiest halloumi tapioca fritter! We washed it down with a delicious Banana Lover Smoothie and Nutella Milkshake, which were perfection. The team here are so friendly, with quick service and great tunes! Highly recommended!
I was at Up South Bondi meeting a friend of mine. It was my first trip and was well worth it. The staff were smiling and looking cheerful. I ordered my very first SHASHUKA. It was light and easy and it had a beautiful blend to it. It had eggs, cheese, tomatoes and spice mix. They baked it and served it on a sizzling skillet type of a pan (without a handle off course) with toasted bread. It was super delicious....I was not full neither was I hungry but apparently it settled really well in my tummy. So good If you looking to unwind and hang out, this is the place.... Apparently Shashuka is eaten in Israel as a breakfast. Enjoy !
