The Plump Duck - Sydney

The waiting staff doesn't work at all. we have ordered food without an egg and told him twice. we have allergy. then the feeds served with an egg. We complained about it, but he never said sorry, even worse, he took the menu to show us and he said that we don't say without an egg. we asked him definitiw twice. he had a job. really and then we asked bill, but he cleaned our table first with big noise. it was terrible. looks good, but bad service. never go again.

We had a great Sunday dinner here so much that we booked the next day after the visit of the big board at the door advertising 3-course specialties for lunch. we told the staff that if we had booked, we would have lunch. at the arrival. there were no specials available. I tried to contact the restaurant three times and asked her to get back in touch to let me know when the lunch specialties are available as I had no answer yet. really, really disappointing after a good first visit.

The duck should die! the other courts we had were the same. the service was somewhat slow and somewhat confused what was ordered. that happens if you don't write it down. However, it has not influenced the joy of food...and general experience. in any case, we will soon return to try more.

Had dinner tonight at the plump duck! what an experience. nice eating, very on the tent staff. very enjoyed our first experience.

Went there for lunch, had the whole Peeking duck along with pancakes the usual sides. Also had a nice bottle of Pinot. Have been to a lot of places in the CBD but this place rates as #1 Why! The food the place and...the service. Our waitress who looked after us was amazing only new to this place, but very informative and fantastic customer skills.
