Yang & Co - Sydney

Yang co is a small place that is part of the growing restaurant hub of castlecrag. we were in the opposite without plans and decided to fall for a quick bit. it's an interesting one because it doesn't look like an entry. it is not on the walkway, but through what looks more like a service on the door. you can not stand out, it is worth finding and going. they serve modern Asian cuisine in a cozy environment.

We have recently impressed ourselves by the foodie hub that castlecrag with a series of trendy restaurants, including yang co, transforms a contemporary Malaysian/singaporean esserei that serves favorites with a modern twist, on the lower north shore. it was busy on a Friday night when we showed up without booking, but they managed to sit in the cozy bar where we could smell the delicious aromas from the kitchen. while we waited for our food, we started with a few glasses vermouth – a beautiful rose vermouth and a sweet white vermouth from Germany that we enjoyed as refreshing eating.

During the lockdown, this restaurant quickly adjusted to the regulations by offering easy contactless pickup and ordering for delicious takeout. The owner put in a lot of effort to make the process smooth and convenient. We can't wait to dine in at the restaurant in person.

We love the new Takeaway menu, which is a nice change during the lockdown so much, we have the last two days off. the first menu was a beautiful generous bug, chicken cure, veggies roti, all worked as a take and we...rated high and called many friends. in this week we had a tasty march soup, bark dish pork booze. the black was the highlight and the bark was quite average. not sure that adapting the normal menu is the answer, as it is packed and the wait only makes this worse

Had the Friday take menu and each cure was delicious. they must enjoy a bit warm, but the taste makes it all worthwhile
