Other than a coat of paint a few years ago, the restaurant has not seen an update. Its decor is rather bland and unappealing. This probably doesn't generally matter as their business is generally fulfilling carryout orders. No alcohol license, so there is no beer to go with dinner. The sushi I sampled on this occasion, Asian Taste Roll and a special offering, Spicy Mountain Roll, were prepared promptly and delivered on separate wooden planks. These rolls, according to the menu description, were very familiar and fairly common among the local restaurants. The taste was okay but somewhat fishy. Compared to other local choices, they were not on par. Maybe I'm used to a different flavor, but these were not pleasing. I also ordered the General Tso's chicken with fried rice. The chicken was prepared fairly well, not too bready and slightly crispy. The fried rice was okay but not great. Overall, the restaurant is okay, but better choices are available in the immediate area.
Ordered red curry chicken and chicken fried rice. Both came out quick, but the food was bland.
I love their food and their customer service is great.
One of my family's favorite restaurants. With the eight of us always order something different than all others, gives you an idea that their selection of food is wonderful.
Everyone says forbidden city is the best Chinese in Caroll County. Well, they've never been to Asian taste. They are clouds above them, another in the county. I was with everyone. Put your hands down.
