Кухня в целом достойная, очень понравились соусы и заправки к блюдам, а вот мясо свинины хоть и оказалось без хрящей и косточек, зато жирных кусков сала более чем, даже не понятно, а какой собственно кусок мяса то приготовили. Картофель с грибами частично был сыроват. В общем есть куда и над чем работать, стремление к совершенству актуально
