Starbucks - Sylmac

In an ideal world, running errands w.baby in tow I would have loved finding a nearby drive-thru Starbucks, but overall it wasn 't a difficult grab go.The location was easy to locate within the massive shopping center- a large parking lot w.ample spaces. Inside was spacious, with beautiful fireplace ambiance, lots of seating variety (couches, tables, hightops .Very friendly staff. Quick to order- well staffed so while someone was taking my order helping me checkout, my coffee was already being made by another.Coffee was made fresh, hot, well constructed. They even recognized I was managing baby and offered to help w.a stopper stick an extra cup layer for 'heat ' management.Would visit again if in the area :

Fire place for comfortable seating, at thr Harbor Mall in Annapolis MD.

Poor customer service which is very unlike Starbucks

Didn't ask my name ...had To guess what was my order... not helpful at all

Today was a hostile environment. Managers screaming at employees until they cry. Never going back to that Starbucks.
