Feedback gevenBad service at this location in Sylmar today, Saturday, February 23, I placed my order at 6:35 pm and my order was delivered until 8:20 pm and the pizzas were very cold, when I placed my order they told me that my order would arrive at my house at 7:45 at the latestTerrible service??
The restaurant consistently disables their online ordering system at night, likely to avoid having to work. This is frustrating and they should improve their service.
I was very scared when I asked the person who seemed to be in charge about a promotion at the restaurant. He grabbed the receipt from me, tore it up, and yelled at me that if I wanted free pizza, I could find it online. He also asked if I still wanted the pizza I had already ordered. I think they should have employees who are not so aggressive, as it was a traumatic experience just asking a question. Additionally, the cashier got angry when I spoke in Spanish, for reasons I don't understand.
Disappointing Experience at Domino 's Pizza: I had high hopes for a cozy pizza night, but unfortunately, Domino 's let me down. The pizza I received was far from what I expected it arrived soggy, and to my surprise, one of them was even missing cheese. The chicken was unappetizing, and honestly, the only ones who didn 't seem to mind the food were my dogs. Spending $65 plus an $8 tip felt like a total waste. Next time, I 'll make the extra effort to drive to Número Uno for a pizza that 's genuinely worth savoring. #PizzaLetdown #GuidosWasABetterChoice #SearchingForBetterPizza
-Frankly, after being a customer for over 15 years, I 'm appalled by their customer service food quality. To say that they have begun to neglect their values as a corporation would be an understatement. I 've never had an issue with somebody completely messing up my order as I have with the sylmar city dominos. The first time they messed up my order, was when I ordered a large pepperoni pizza was delivered a spicy pineapple. How could you possibly mistake them like that? Ridiculous, nevertheless, I gave them another chance to make amends. The second time, I ordered a pepperoni medium sized with bbq wings bone in when they arrived they were spicey wings boneless with ranch!!! Smh you might say to yourself how my brother!? How could they do this to you for a second time!!? Tssk Tskk my fellow stranger, Wait! There 's more!! Countless times they 've mistaken me for a fool, the sad clown, who 's always bitten his tongue and just accepted the way things were, but NO MORE!!! No more locked doors!! They 've given me wrong items, they 've showed up very late 40min plus with cold pizza, wrong toppings, failure to pickup the phone, failure to tend to in person customers within timely matters, which of course is normally 10-15 minutes but I 've been there for over 35 minutes before they notice my existence. All they have done is refer me to the company for store credit, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING! Credit doesn 't feed my family my good sir! Credit, doesn 't a-dress the issues at hand, it only adds sprinkles on top of the turds that your service staff lays day after day, all while avoiding the stench of indecisiveness, all while they remain indifferent to our concerns. Having said that! I hope somebody reads this and takes their job very seriously because thank god that none of these orders, even though incorrect, were undercooked, because we 'd be having different discussion with my attorney.
