Feedback gevenI was disappointed when my order of orange chicken was left out when I picked up my food from the restaurant. After calling, I had to return to the restaurant 20 minutes later to retrieve the missing item. There was no explanation or apology for the oversight. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. There are better Chinese restaurants out there. Improvement is needed.
Eat hot and fresh. Many tables are overcrowded. Limited parking by various companies on site. A rest room that needs a code. The friend had to ask for toilet paper. Trash can overflow content to the ground. Right on the highway. Experienced road through many nearby companies. Disabled parking and wheelchair accessible, but I would not choose this place because of limited space.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I waited 20 minutes just for my Super Greens, and when they finally had them ready, they started serving other orders that were placed after mine. There was a lot of disorganization.
Great and fresh food. The first impression you get when you enter the place that is very clean. The service was excellent. I asked her more fresh Kang pao chicken as I wanted to order for 4 plates, and they asked me to wait a few more minutes and she did it very pleasant. The only bad thing they don't give you sauce and napkins if you don't ask.
I asked for my money back and they made it a big deal to return it. Worst customer service. Seeing a hair on my food was completely disgusting. ? Never coming back . P.S. keep my money .
