Feedback gevenBy chance and without reservation we landed beer on 10 January last night before the winter break. Without really knowing what we're looking for. We had already read about it, but I hadn't had it on the screen that Alessandro Pape is leading here. We were lucky, because at 18.00 h we got another table, an hour later the cabin was fully occupied. Simpel familiar, banal-sounding mares/dresses Strammer Max, cheese bread, fish bread, crab bread and a few others, but the occupancy and aromas let me now rejoice the water in my mouth, delicious. SÖL Burger and Strammer Max have been with us, and I really want to eat them again. Best bread time in my memory at all, burgers with great own taste, super pastrami on thin coleslaw on the second burger half, raccoon onions and avocado cream and at the stratting max fried egg, baked matjes, field salad on chilli honey Mayo and also avocado cream. The aromas were so divinely tuned in both mares, suitable in compostion and totality and still individually perceptible, the hammer. Prima, the house-braute light camp, slightly tapped and mild spicy as it should be, and finally freshly citrus fruity, fits. The service charming, smiling and tidyed up after the first five minutes of mute guild had won the Rhineland in us; the buffet had immediately convinced us through its cordiality we felt most comfortable, really tasty ate and come back. Thank you.
Big movie! We were in this great store three times in a row during our Sylt holiday. At the first time in the evening it has the 100g Caviar can with super delicious supplements such as herbal cucumber, fried egg yolk, chives and boiler chips, an absolute dream, more you don't need. Then for me the crab bread with really rich crabs and delicious egg on Friesembrot, for my wife a salmon bread with Sojamayo and Wasabi Caviar. As a crowning conclusion then poor knights and a nested cappuccino. Just kneeling down. An absolute must for everyone who loves good food. Because it was so tasty, the next day we are on a snack again for bread and beer. In memory of old times, we ordered the liver sausage bread and the cheese bread. This was also a true pale man's mouse. I've never eaten such a classic. The ingredients only from the finest and in the execution as in the best houses of this country. To say goodbye then on the last day a sensational hotdog with cheesecraper in a black butterbread with crispy onion topping and stuffed with super delicious Pimentosauerkraut. My wife's tomato bread was also a hammer. Last but not least, as a dessert, a beetroot. I miss the words... Just the best waffles we ever had!!! Many thanks also to the super nice and accommodating team in service that is just as great as the food. We will come back
After visiting and leading the Salzmanufaktur with brewery and pasta production, we were informed by the nice employees in conversation with BROT BIER. Our way to the BROT BIER took us right after lunch. 4 pers. Sol Burger Hot Dog Frikadelle cheese bread And together the bee-stitched wafers. All dishes sensational service very nice and accommodating. Ambience brilliant The taste and optics justify the price. Every cent worth Lg GÜNN!
A great place to enjoy. We were sad that the Leysieffer was closed. However, we were now for the first time in bread and beer and we just find it great there. The Söl Burger is great. The Dunkle was very good. Great taste for a beer. Thanks for the nice time with you.
Cool location, down to earth for a former star chef! Mega tasty and the burger with pastrami to date unmatched.
