Bojangles' Famous Chicken - Sylva

All the food was freshly prepared, and we were treated with great respect. The chicken and dirty rice had the perfect amount of seasoning.

This fast food establishment is very well-managed and is the most reliable option in Sylva. They consistently open on time, or even earlier, while other places seem to operate randomly based on who happens to show up that day.

The food was great! However, they did forget our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. Additionally, the cashier was quite rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was placing my order. I understand that it can be frustrating when it's busy—I work in the food industry and customer service myself, so I know it's not always easy. However, that's no excuse for treating customers that way.

It's the third time I've been pleased with the chicken sandwich but bitterly disappointed with their fries. The portion size has been embarrassingly small for the price, but because the quality has been lacking it almost doesn't even matter. If you arepaying $10+ for a chicken sandwich meal, the fries should at LEAST fill the pitiful paper bag, even if they are cold limp.

This Bojangles is my favorite! I spent a lot of time here during my college days at WCU. The staff always offered me a student discount, which made it even better!
