Cook Out - Sylva

Forgot an entire meal I ordered. Still argued after showing receipts. The hot Dog chili tasted like it?s a week old. Had sweet tea wasn?t that great but not as big of a deal as the other stuff. Can?t be bothered to have a working phone. Would ratherwash my mouth out with a shotgun than eat at this cookout again?

I did notice that the Cheese Burgers are a little bit Smaller and the meat had no flavor. The French Fries had way too much Salt and Spice on them. I couldn't even eat them. There are too many better places to go so I don't know when we will go back.

We normally love to eat here and don't usually have any issues.... Until today. We stopped for a late lunch and ordered two big doubled and onion rings. The burgers were way over cooked, so dry and flavorless. We asked for ketchup on them and they putless than the size of a dime.The window person, Geniene, was in a rush and couldnt even take the time to tell us what saucesthey had. She was rude. It may be our last visit to this location.

This restaurant usually has excellent food and the staff are good however my last trip was very disappointing. My double burger was severely overlooked and patties were thin snd tiny. I will go try them again and see if they can raise this score. Anybodycan have an off day. Fingers crossed.

1st time here. We ordered our meal and two people are for under $15. We will definitely go back when we travel back over to Cullowhee to camp. Food was really good chicken quesadilla hush puppies and all the other things we ate.
