Domino's Pizza - Sylva

I rated this restaurant 1 star because I wish I could give it 0. Every time I place an order here, my food is never ready on time. It is consistently 30 to 40 minutes late. Despite having 10 to 15 employees working, there is always an excuse about being short-handed. It is clear that there is a lack of work ethic among the staff. It seems like people do not care about their jobs anymore.

These guys rock! I can't tell you how many times I have been the jerk who called in a huge order five minutes before closing. I don't mean to do it, but I often end up with unexpected guests, especially hungry kids! There are very few options in this town late at night, just Cookout, Domino's, and McDonald's. Despite it being the end of the workday, these guys always make a really good, hot, fresh pizza, even if I end up keeping them late by 15 minutes. They definitely deserve all five stars, especially the management. The college kids they hire are always coming and going, so it's hard to find reliable help. Props to the managers and assistants for their hard work (we all know you do most of the work)! Thank you for your dedication, it is truly appreciated! Duke

When the store owner responds to a good review asking about improvements, that's a good sign Little slow once, and I couldn't get the coupon to work but all in all they easily out pizza'd the hut

The food was mediocre and delivery took over an hour and a half, despite an estimated time of 49 minutes. The sub I ordered had barely any meat on it, even though I requested double meat, and the pizza was made incorrectly. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I used the Domino?s app to place an order for carryout. I like using the app because there are good coupons that will help you save some money. I got a Brooklyn style pizza with garlic parmesan sauce, philly steak, and spinach. This is a great pizza, ifyou have not tried it, I really recommend it. The pizza was prepared quickly and I was able to pick it up and pay cash with noissues. The people working here are super nice! I?m glad there?s a location close to my apartment.
