Watching through the drive-thru window staff looked very unorganized, and most stood there watching and not working. Surprised that the food was warm. Overall 2 star rating.

I am skip delivery driver ,here is one manager her name is PRINCESS Philippine lady and wear red glasses .she always shows rude behaviour against me all the time when I picked order and shows racism behaviour. I request mac d don’t support to these types of people at work .
Just drive to red deer to order, it will probably take less time. Incredibly slow service, the person who took my order could hardly understand English and was very disrespectful. They gave me onions on my no onion, no pickle quarter pounder despite the sticker being on there and the manager wouldn 't replace it or refund me for a burger I can 't eat due to my allergies. Fries were undercooked which I didn 't even know was possible given they have timers. Waste of time, money, and effort, corporate needs to do something, make a surprise visit and see just how badly this place runs, what a joke. Management or corporate really need to fix something fast, but if they do, I won 't be back to see it. 0/10
