I thought we would try again, it was disappointing, ordered a burger who had pineapple. Was... so happy to have dinner, because I'm a disabled one. it was repeated on every window that it had pineapple, but low to see, they don't guess it was pineapple. why these fast food francs can not get the orders, right it is not so **** hard for sure. pissed offy
I love hungry jack burger, especially the whoopers. the service was fast and efficient. the personal forgot to give my friend his meal. it turned out that eating was ready for a long time, it just sat there on the counter without anyone notice. the place is very dirty, it must be cleaned more often.
This restaurant is conveniently located on my way home, but I am always hesitant to stop there when I am hungry. I often find myself coming home starving and too tired to cook because I never have a good meal there, not even out of the hundreds of times I have tried. I admit that I tend to neglect food until my body absolutely craves it. The burgers are always overcooked and dry, and the fries are always soggy. However, their hash browns are the one redeeming item on the menu. Overall, I am left feeling disappointed by this restaurant.
It had been a while since we last visited Hungry Jack's, so we decided to stop by and give it a try. The girl serving us was friendly, patient, and helpful. It was early in the morning, so we were able to order from the breakfast menu. My partner had the Breakfast Taz Roll with bacon, egg, and hash brown on a roll. I was also hungry, so I ordered the same but with ham instead.
I would not recommend dining at Hungry Jacks Sylvania. The food was disgusting and incomplete. I ordered two grilled chicken burgers with peri peri sauce through the drive-thru on Tuesday night. When I got home and opened them, I found old, dry buns that were rubbery and lacking sauce. There was hardly any tomato on the burgers, just a tiny sliver that resembled a cherry tomato. The buns were the worst I've ever encountered, even worse than KFC in Miranda. They were so dry and rubbery that they started to fall apart as soon as I tried to pick them up. I only took one bite and am now worried about getting sick from the old food. When I called to ask for a refund, I was told to drive back to the restaurant at 9pm, which was not feasible for me. I ended up going to bed hungry because I was too tired to cook and the food from Hungry Jacks was inedible. I will never eat at Hungry Jacks Sylvania again after this experience.
