Wendy's - Sylvania

I work nearby and have come through the drive through a few times. There’s not a single time they haven’t messed up my order. The service itself is average, not good or bad. Wait times are good but food is usually old.

Hamburgers were cold. Definitely not hot and juicy.

Staff was extremely rude, told me I picked the wrong Wendy’s to go to because and forgot my fries! what happened to human decency and decent customer service?! Also didn’t get my change back.

Their fries are always cold. I said I 'm not going back!

The place was locked ? up tighter than Fort Knox at 7:30pm. The sign on the door said they would be open until 10pm. We could see staff inside and they could obviously hear us knocking on the doors while they chose not to open. The drive through was available. We went to Burger ? King ?.
