Coco Fresh Tea Juice - Syosset

2/5 stars goes towards the particular drink I had, but the establishment itself is nice, and theres a few table seating. I ordered the Okinawa Black Sugar Latte. I guess I'm not sure what I was truly expecting but it was basically a cup of iced milk. I was not a fan :

This CoCo is always a little disappointing. They always have multiple people on, but something is not right about their work flow because they can never churn out drinks fast enough and there is a wait no matter when you go. The bubbles are undercooked and the flavor of the tea is usually bland. They're not able to provide flavors that are on their own menus. There's little option for bubble tea around the area. The store is kept pretty clean, but the seating situation is also not ideal.

Ordered a few drinks via Uber eats from here: boba wasn't fresh and drinks weren't tasty. Would not recommend

The boba were undercook and hard to chew but otherwise the drink and lychee jelly were good

The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were happy to make recommendations and answer any questions I had about the different teas and toppings.Overall, I would highly recommend this Boba tea restaurant to anyone who loves tea or is looking for a delicious and refreshing treat. The tea was excellent, the restaurant was lovely, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be going back again soon.
