Jimmy John's - Syracuse

Good subs as normal but damn, this ordering guy who has been working there a while needs an attitude adjustment. I'd say its a bad day but its not the first time this person has given attitude. he yelled at another customer about the fountain machine notworking properly. Didn't answer a simple question and just looked off with a scowl on his face as if we were bothering him.Doesn't belong in customer service.

Sub was fast and good, just like normal jj but the staff barely acknowledged my presence, when I got my sub I didn?t get any napkins and when I ask the girl behind the counter told me they were on the other side or the counter and just reach over tograb them.

For $40 I have two nasty subs. they had no bannapfeffer! a part was penetrated in mayo after asking for a worm mast. the second part was sooo salty and the senf mixture sauce was coarse?.

Can not go wrong with jimmy johns! great tasting sub, fast service and friendly staff.
