Maxwells - Syracuse

I had an engagement party for my sister and my brother in the law at Maxwell. Maria responded very much to my emails and worked well with us in trying to plan the menu for the party. The private room was absolutely beautiful, it created a great ambience for the party and received many compliments on the decor. The food was excellent; we ordered all different types of pizza (they were perfect finger food for guests to grab and eat on the jump), chicken riggies and cheese and meat plate. It was the perfect amount of food for our guests and everyone loved it. They let us bring our own cake! The bartender was super sweet and the entire staff went beyond and beyond to provide great service. I can't say a bad thing in this place, I recommend this place for any kind of party or together. It was a perfect night! Thank you to Maria, Peter and all the staff!

Peter and Maria were amazing when it came to plan our wedding reception! Maria is extremely responsive to e-mails (the 4 other places to shame, which does not respond to my initial event request on their pages! They were attentive to our guests with food allergies and were not only open, but encouraged to decorate their room to make it our style for our wedding. The event room they offer was perfect for our guests and offers plenty of space for a sitting dinner and cocktail hour around the bar area. The design of the room gives you the feeling that you will be transported to another city with its exposed walls and sweeping lights on the ceiling. We recommend Maxwells both as a hangout in their main room and as a private room for parties!!

I've been to Maxwell several times and really love it! The ambience is set by the tin ceiling and exposed brick and a cozy bar area. On the other side of Maxwell there is also a large room for events. I hosted happy hours here and the staff was always very accommodating. It makes an experience even better if you have such a great staff that takes care of you. You always have great drinks specialties and food too- enough to make a dinner out of it easy! My favorite came to the restaurant week. I can't wait this year anymore!

Organizes a retiring party here for my husband. maria and her personal are the hands down amazing! they were super attentive and made sure everyone was happy. I hosted hundreds of events to places in whole new york, the collaboration with this team was the best experience! every guest has razed over eating, drinks, people, space and energy! next time you remember to consider a graduation party, birthday, rehearsal, religious ceremony or anything your boot floats maxwells! you will not be disappointed!

Well, if you want a really amazing, comfortable, welcoming, delicious brunch for your daughter bridal shower....Pick Maxwells. Marie always addressed one of our wishes with pleasure and complete professionalism. She was attentive when we came in and the atmosphere was just beautiful. The event area was clean, beautifully decorated a stinkingly clean. And then there's Gabby. What a doll. She and Marie alone managed the shower with ease and perfection. Marie is a beautiful, nice, compassionate, artistic woman who knows her craft clearly. The food was the best! The perfect mix of breakfast and lunch. Excellent!!!! Most of our daughter and her fiancées were so happy with the whole event. So stop, talk to Marie, book an event and you will not be disappointed.
