I thought to myself, why not order from a local vendor so I can be helpful with the community. It is now Wednesday and no sauce has appeared on my doorsteps. I could have ordered from someone else but I didn't, which I should have. The 16 oz buffalo sauce is kind of expensive compared to the other brand, but minimum order is for 3 bottles. This order came to over $50.00 with shipping. The saying that you get what you pay for I hope is true. I'm already disappointed with how long it is taking to get my order when shipping cost too much. I will post another review once I received the order.
We'll let's hope there still not selling cocaine out of there establishment like they was when they where located on syracuse west side in sakran plaza near a high school.
As someone who came up to central new york from down in the city it was very hard to find a good slice here. Mitches is the first pie ive had in 5 years that reminded me of home, yes the strip cuts are a little strange but the flavors are spot on. The best pizza ive had in syracuse and i will be back.
Driving up W Genesee St into Camillus, you've likely noticed a car wash across from Michael's plaza. You also may have noticed about a year ago, randomly, a pizza shop appeared in one of the two bays of the car wash. Obviously, I was curious and intrigued. One day, while shopping in Michaels plaza, I had a pizza craving. Seeing as Mitch's was right across the street, I allowed my curiosity to get the best of me. The wife and I decided to order and take home, so we called and got a large pizza with pepperoni and 10 wings, hot buffalo style. We arrived about 10 minutes after we were told it'd be ready and my wife was able to grab it quickly. Obviously, being inside the bay of a car wash, it's a tiny place with few chairs more focused on take out. When we got home, we started in. As soon as I opened it, I just knew I was not gonna enjoy it. What I saw was something that I absolutely hate when pizza shops do....they cut their pizza into rectangles. First off, it just makes no sense not to cut pizza into triangles. But for some reason, any place I've ever had pizza at that cuts their pizza into rectangles is awful. This was no different. The sauce was extremely sweet, the crust was thick and doughy as if it was undercooked, and the cheese just did not adhere to the dough and slid off every single slice with your first bite. The wings were decent, which is the only reason it's getting 2 stars. Could use more sauce, but the sauce that was on it was flavorful and had some good spice and heat to it. The prices were fair, actually a bit cheaper than most fresh made pizza places, but...I suppose you get what you pay for. I would not recommend or come back.
I can't say that we come here often but fore a change we do come. Very good. Reasonable prices too
