I ordered a large thin-crust pizza with peppers, but instead received a thick crust that was burnt. The replacement pizza was even worse than the first one—everything looked hastily assembled and it was both undercooked and burnt on the bottom. If I could share pictures, I definitely would. I will never order from Sardo's again.
