Poor experience today. The quality of the meat was disappointing compared to other Rodizios. Customer service was rather poor. No going back for now.
Great service from Chrystal and Lance and amazing food
My server was amazing, he was timely and patient we my table throughout our meal. Unfortunately this amazing service was over showed by his manager Lances rude attitude when I questioned why he was writing down my card information. Lance stated that he needed to verify my card had money on it which as someone that works In customer service for 4 years now I have needed to write down and call someone’s card provider to verify their finances. When I questioned this he began talking down to me and stated that I wouldn’t understand. Because of Lances attitude and word choice I will not be returning to this restaurant for the foreseeable future, witch is unfortunate due to my “party” being frequent flyers about 1-2 times a month.
There was an issue with the server we had initially, but management addressed it swiftly and quietly. Aside from that brief disruption, our meal was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very capable. The food was delicious, as always, and the staff made sure we got a chance to try everything we wanted to! This is always a favorite for gluten free/gluten sensitive dining.
