TGI FRIDAYS - Syracuse Destiny

Mostly eating and customer service and the above is amazing, this time is waiter was never around and never checked for us, but he has checked for all his other tables at least once. we had to get another waiter to help us.

Completely appalled in the situation where I was involved in their destiny usa location. I made a reservation on an open table, arrived on time to be ignored because there was more important complain about someone who “to messed up to come”. we were assured that we would get a table quickly. several people went into us and sat while we waited, we were a party and so they were. the workers followed people from the restaurant and offered them an immediate table because the situation was so creepy. After we waited for minutes, we reported the personal we had left. a hired chased us over the shopping center and called my wife about our decision to go elsewhere. incredibly poor customer service and absolutely unethical behavior of their employees.

My friend and I enjoyed good service, but we were seated in a very tight booth for There was plenty of seating and it was cramped because we had winter coats and shopping bags. There was a woman across from us who was alone and seated in a booth for We were originally shown to a small table for with even less space. The booth was a request for more space. At the end of the meal I ended up spiking what was left of my water just trying to get to my purse so I could pay the bill.

Was eating my delicious burger with a friend of mine. I got a load of fries with mine while she was only given fries exactly. I had close to half a plate full. While my bottom bun was getting soggy I took it off, on the bottom of my pickle was a long black hair. I felt so disgusted as I was of the way done. They took it back and comped it. I wasn’t expecting that maybe off of the burger since I was almost done with it. Because of that is the only reason I didn’t give them all I also ordered lemon broccoli and they gave me pieces of steamed plain broccoli while charging me for the more expensive ones I ordered. Don’t believe I’ll be back here any time soon.

I try to go out to lunch at Destiny once a month to get my errands done. I really enjoy the menus and prices at this restaurant. Also, Anthony is a fact as tic server who always makes a patron feel special.
