It was smooth and not gloppy, a little salty, but since I've gone low carb, I like salty. She had dog treats that my dog( who NEVER likes dog treats) LOVED, so I bought a bag. Her baked goods are baked there on site, and there is no microwave anywhere. Everything is fresh and home made. This is such a nice spot: high ceilings, huge windows, handcrafted rustic industrial style tables and benches. Art by local artists displayed and for sale. I was thinking this would be a great place for hosting a group that I'm forming that is too big for my living room, so I asked Eva if she ever rents the place out after her 3pm closing time, and she DOES. this would be a great place for parties, folk music performance, Zumba classes, salsa dance nights, stage hypnosis shows, TED talks, fundraisers, meetings, and more. Eva comes from a family of restaurant business owners and is very welcoming and professional. There is free on street parking, so it'll be easy for me to return to try some more of the menu.
Cool space to hang. Very friendly staff. My friends and I played a show here for Halloween. We appreciate the staff hosting such a fun evening. Thank you!!!
Nice worker. (been twice and same worker/owner was there) Modern decor, very hipster, but good food and nice options. Easy to have a convo, music isn't too loud.
Stopped by for lunch with my family. Had Casey's meatball sub. Insanely good! Very chill atmosphere. Can't recommend this place enough
Last Saturday evening, 6/29, my daughter and I stopped at Toasted. The food was excellent and the proprietor was very friendly. Had a delicious meatball sub and the pasta salad, and chocolate chip cookie were excellent as well. They have sidewalk seating and it was a pleasant summer night to sit outside and enjoy our meal. Toasted is highly recommended!
