Dear future guests! I have mixed feelings about the hotel and its services. Considering that a negative experience stays with a person better, I will start with that. (There will also be some positives) The bathroom is a minor nuisance. Moldy shower, rusty towel dryer with thick dust. There is a sharp tile at the threshold. There is no lighting anywhere on the balconies. As for the wellness department, you have to be careful about the sharp corners of the indoor pools so that you don 't cut your hands. Furthermore, despite the fact that the department can be used until 8 p.m., the infrared sauna stopped working at 6:30 p.m., and by 6:50 p.m. the plunge pool had already been emptied. One of the cleaning ladies was not very kindly trained by her superior. Tasks can be given much more humanely. The waiters are nice, but they weren 't on top of the situation, even though there weren 't many customers. In terms of drinks, they didn 't bring me what I asked for, and we had already built towers of dirty dishes by the time they took them away. There were times when we moved to another table where no one was. The cot was fine, and we were able to park in the parking lot earlier than we were able to book the accommodation. There was no problem with the quantity and quality of the food. All in all, for this money, I didn 't feel very comfortable, as I 'm already used to in other hotels, where appropriate cheaper. My first letter of complaint was answered relatively quickly. The second one was not even appreciated for an answer, so here is the story: There were no problems on the day of our arrival, we had dinner and breakfast the next day (Tuesday). On Tuesday at noon, we both started to experience similar symptoms, namely fatigue, then a few hours later fever, chills, vomiting, and diarrhea. On Tuesday, we lay in the room from noon until evening, in the evening we went down to dinner to see if we could eat some soup, but unfortunately there was no soup that would be good for stomach problems, so we drank a carbonated soft drink and continued to lie down. By Wednesday morning, we were so sick that we didn't go anywhere near breakfast, we just packed up early in the morning and came home. In addition to the food, there were also serious hygiene deficiencies in the room, e.g. the bed linen had definitely not been changed, the blanket was only shaken, the bed was full of hair, etc. In the restaurant, the waiter managed to clean the table next to me by simply turning out the worn tablecloth after the guests left, and when he saw that the stain had not disappeared, he put the salt shaker on it. In a hotel of this volume, the tablecloth is changed between 2 guests. Since we did not come from the same place and did not eat anything outside the hotel, it is almost certain that we got a stomach infection from some of the food served there, the symptoms of which lasted for almost a week. I am terribly disappointed, on the one hand, because half of the stay there was spent lying in the room, and on the other hand, we could not take advantage of 2 of the 4 meals we paid for, not to mention the other inconveniences. Why didn't I notify the reception desk, because I felt terrible, between 2 bouts of vomiting I was glad that I was able to complete the check-out process, not to complain, but I didn't feel like living either. Of course, I reported the problem to the hotel by email, which they did not acknowledge, and then I received a free night's stay, which I did not accept. They didn't write back after that. Never this hotel again.

Soha nem írtam még negatív véleményt semmire, de ez mellett nem tudok elmenni szó nélkül. Ezt azért mondom, mert nem az a tipikusan negatív, utálkozó kommentelő vagyok. Egyáltalán nem ajánlom ezt a helyet. Higiénia minősíthetetlen. Nem volt áthúzva az ágynemű, párna tele volt hajszállal. A fürdőszobában rászáradt vér volt a zuhanyfejen szintén hajszállal, rászáradt vér a zuhanykabinon, illetve a mosdókagylón, rászáradt folyékony szappannal (fotót mellékelem). Éjjel fél 11 kor kellett átköltöznöm a gyerekemmel emiatt másik szobába. Semmi kompenzálás vagy vendégünk egy italra vagy bármi a kellemetlenségért. Tájékoztatóban írják, hogy amennyiben nem jön utánad közvetlen vendég van lehetőség 10 óra helyett 12 kor kicsekkolni. Más szolgáltatásnál jelzik a tájékoztatóban, hogy az árról kérdezzék a recepcióst, de itt nem. Ebből arra gondolsz ez plusz szolgáltatás. Recepcióst kérdeztem, hogy akkor a mi esetünkben lehetséges e a 12 órási kicsekkolás, persze lehetséges volt, de egy szóval nem mondta, hogy ennek 7.000. Ft az ára. Úgy gondolom, hogy erről köteles lett volna tájékoztatni!!! Távozáskor közölték, hogy fizessünk. Ezt én lehúzásnak szoktam minősíteni. Az étel is kriminális, az hogy minden nap ugyanaz a reggeli az egy dolog, de hogy az esti mindenmentes desszert ugyanaz, mint előző nap azzal a különbséggel, hogy nincs az alján a piskóta csak a tölteléket teszik ki. Mindenki fantáziájára bízom miért. Továbbá nagy betűkkel ki van írva az étteremben, hogy helyben sütött pékárú, gluténmentes is. Majd kértem gluténmentes zsemlét, mert ugye azt nem teszik ki. Kaptam bolti, vákumcsomagolt, adalékanyagos, szójás, tartósítószeres kenyeret. Soha többet nem fogunk odamenni, remélem ti se.
