Called around 4pm today to get on the list for a chassis lube. It's now 7pm no word from them yet. I went in at 6pm to ask about it and was told after her tech was done they would call me. It's been an hour. Don't back on getting your work done here. No sense of priority here and they don't seem to respect your time.

In general, he doesn’t know anything about how to repair a truck they only take money and say they’ll do it for 200 but they charge 900 and they only understand that they only know how to read a computer but don’t know how to fix it at all. I don’t recommend anyone to fix their truck there, you can only do it by changing the oil or changing the wheels

If you get here early and check in, and there are no trucks in the bays and they haven't put you in a bay within an hour of checking in, go to the front counter and see how many of them are standing around telling each other their life's stories, instead of working on trucks.

Told 1.5hrs wait for oil change.3hrs got in shop.work done was a ok.

Nice to look around in but prices are extremely too high! I will NEVER pay $5 for an icee again!! That's ridiculous!
