Placed an order online for delivery and paid ahead of time. We waited over an hour and nothing so we attempted calling the store and it took multiple calls to get somebody to answer the phone. Turns out they made our pizza but misread that it was for delivery (I don 't know how especially given we already paid for delivery) so the pizza was sitting around the store. Nearly another hour later someone finally delivered our pizza but it was old and ice cold. We phoned back and asked about a refund or free pizza next time for our troubles and were told to ask a manager. We went to the store in-person 3 times and on all occasions, there was no manager on shift absolutely ridiculous!!

The food was excellent and hot. Quick and very hygienic place. Easy

WORST customer service I’ve experienced. And not sanitary at all. I called them and they didn’t even say hello… the first thing they said was visa or debit. I walked in and a worker in the back of wasn’t wearing socks or shoes??‍
