Last week or so i ordered via Uber eats. I ordered about $60 worth of food from this location. I received my order in a timely manner from uber. When I picked up my back from my door step I noticed it was very light. So I knew it was wrong. I ordered 2 orders bone-in wings (6 pieces) one order salt and vinegar, the other garlic parm. I also ordered a side of tater tots, and mozzarella sticks. They gave me boneless wings thats were overcooked and obviously very old, old tater tots, and no mozzarella sticks. The only thing they got right was the tots. Right away I called the location and told them that my order was wrong. I got transferred to someone guy who might have been a manager. He apologized and wanted me to call uber. I told him that that would solve nothing because uber didn't get my order wrong and they will tell me to call back. I didn't want to play phone tag. I was upset. The guy told me he would send me gift cards to my home address which he took and was also info that they had from my order. I never received anything and I figure I never will. The audacity of this place giving me 12 boneless wings (which were so overcooked to the point they weren't edible) and old, and cold tots for $60 is crazy. I won't be ordering from this location or any of the other ones in the future. It's safe to say don't order delivery and if you order to-go make sure you get what you pay for. The way they handled this situation is beyond unprofessional and they obviously have problems within the location if someone can't read and comprehend a basic order.

The kitchen sucked. The food was overdone and then cold. Nothing came out together. The server had to go back and reorder half of our table because the order got lost. The server did well. The GM just made excuses and didn't really care. I will not be going back.

Consistently the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The food is lukewarm, I feel ill after eating here, and the service is slow. I've come here with large parties where one person will get their food after everyone else is done. And it's STILL cold. Even just now someone turned up the radio so high that all conversation in the room was drowned out. I do not recommend eating here.

Chicken too salty could make it better. So disapointed
