Feedback gevenThis place is very up and down. The food is usually accurate so that’s a big plus. However, they always tend to have issues. Either their order screen is down, or you wait a while, or something else. Whoever is managing that location does not always hire the most quality people.
This is a joke of a Burger King. I ordered Chicken Fries for my kids and when I got to the window I asked for some ranch and was told no. They said that I had to ask for it at the time of ordering and they also told me that I would to pay for them; that the meal came with none. I then resigned to the fact that I would have to pay for some (easier than arguing with the kids in the car) and was told that I needed to drive around, go through the drive through again and order some if I wanted any. I then asked for ketchup and was told I could have 1 packet for each order of fries. I had ordered two 12 piece Chicken Fries meals large sized.
Each time my boyfriend and I have gone to this location, they have always messed up our order. This last time (3/17/24), we ordered ahead with their app and then proceeded to wait in the drive-through for an hour while they tried to fulfill orders. Once we did get our orders, the fries were cold, our ice cream was practically melted, and our burgers were made incorrectly. I think this was the worst experience either of us had with a fast food restaurant.

Order online pickup don’t get made until you get there. Whats the point of order ahead and your order don’t actually start until you get there
