Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Tacoma

I ordered the three meat plate with brisket discs, burned end and sausage for $30.45, but the portion size I got was a sweat, and the brisket was discs.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, especially for simple BBQ in the Pacific Northwest. However, the overall experience is hindered by some shortcomings such as plastic cutlery, unclean restroom, and cold temperatures.

The food we wanted was not in bad condition. probably not anymore.

We were greeted with the delightful aroma of BBQ as soon as we entered the restaurant. The cashier promptly welcomed us, providing one of the best customer service experiences we've had in a long time. The employee, who unfortunately we didn't catch the name of, deserves 10 stars for their kindness and patience in helping us navigate the menu. We ordered the Cueban Sandwich and the Pit Dip Sandwich, along with sides of Mac and Cheese, Caesar Salad, and Baked Potato with Cheese. Our meal was promptly prepared by the same excellent staff. Everything was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be returning to try more dishes. It's refreshing to still find a place where you can enjoy a fantastic meal and receive excellent service.

The experience was amazing. The meat was the best I have ever had. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The atmosphere was lovely as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
