Don’t like the holding of your credit card. We too got out of there without taking our card. Way too loud. Can’t hear at all. Food good.

Fantastic wings and pizza...wonderful atmosphere...truly one of the best local spots around!

Unfortunately, when I went to bed, I realized that my card was still with the bartender at Hank’s. The next day, I went back as soon as they opened and was able to retrieve my card. To my astonishment, I found out that they had charged me $54.07 at 1:45 AM for a beer that I never ordered. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Just to clarify, my wife paid for our lunch, and she also has a charge for it.

Terrible service. I took my family out for lunch, and we ended up having to repeat our order four times because the waitress became distracted and interrupted us to chat with a coworker about something personal. Additionally, my son went up to order a non-alcoholic drink and ended up being served alcoholic beer. He had left his credit card to pay for the drink, so we had to retrieve it the next day. Hank’s charged my son $54 for an $8 drink at 1 AM, which was incredibly disappointing for a restaurant. We certainly do not recommend this place.

They need a better tap list. Otherwise, it's a perfect bar. They don't have table service so set expectations accordingly.
