Was our first time there, meet up with some friends to watch a movie on tv and hang out. Wasn't that busy which was good, we had the bartender all to ourselves. Decent beer selection, decent snack selection, and amazing tamales. I'd go hang out there again.
This place isn't bad at all. Friendly, decent--if not large--beer selection, music's okay, and they participate in the local art walk. Their Thursday special is $3.50 for a 12oz IPA pour. The cons are that the beer selection is only adequate, not rare or impressive, and the venue itself is hourglassed in the middle, so if the place is busy, it's a pain to get to the back (a pain I wasn't willing to go through). Overall, this is a nice place, just not amazing.
Mojito cider was great as well as the wine slushy. Maybe more than one bathroom stall total would work better when there is a street fest. But that could be fine when they don't have the extra crowds.
The acoustics in this place can be daunting if you want to relax. It gets loud quickly. The beer was decent, but the bartender explained that they didn't even have bottled water for my wife (who's pregnant) because the owner doesn't like change... Weird. They did have dominoes, cards, and shuffleboard available which was nice.
