The dining experience at The Mill is exceptional every time we visit, and we find ourselves returning frequently. Trust us, it is worth the trip! While the five-star quality food, ambiance, and extensive drink selection are impressive, what truly sets The Mill apart are the people behind the magic. We must commend Brandon, Christie, Ray, and Patrick, their fearless leader and manager. We cannot speak highly enough of Brandon; he was our first point of contact at The Mill and his warm hospitality is what brought us back for a second visit. He consistently goes above and beyond for us, including one late night when he personally asked the kitchen to prepare a meal for us - a simple gesture that left a lasting impression and is a major reason why we are writing this review. Brandon is always ready for a friendly chat and exchange of jokes, and he introduced us to the "Juicy Asian Pear," a Mill specialty drink crafted by their in-house mixologist, Ray. Ray has a knack for creating unique and flavorful concoctions, and we highly recommend giving it a try. She is personable and an absolute joy to interact with. We had a great time at this restaurant. Our server was very friendly and the food was delicious. However, we felt that they needed to add a bit more salt to our dishes. We were also a little disappointed by the size of the oysters, as they were quite small. Despite these minor issues, we would still consider coming back to this restaurant.

I have visited the restaurant twice and was impressed by the freshness and deliciousness of the fish and chips. I believe that all of the menu items they offer are of high quality. The friendly staff adds to the dining experience. This is now my go-to spot for amazing food and drinks.

What a gem we found here! Awesome menu that changes every 3 months. Such great items, made well and tastes amazing and looks fabulous! Two sides to the restaurant, a quiet low key dining area, or the upbeat bar side. I love everything about this place! Can't recommend it enough!
