El Mangrullo - Tafí del Valle

El Mangrullo is probably the best option in Tafi for traditional Northern Food. Yes, do not expect a luxury setting, this place is not a ruffle tavern/ery, but the empanadas and humitas are excellent. Service is normal, friendly... and prices are very reasonable. For Tafi, his very good choice.
