Jack In The Box - Taft

The young man (crew leader) in charge takes his employment with professionalism. Its difficult to find decent customer service these days, much less the excellent service this young man provided. Some places I never revisit due the unprofessional careless attitudes of employees. I will be returning and may make referals to others.

The young man, whose name I believe is Elijah was such a courteous and attentive employee. It has been a long time since any employee at a restaurant was as great as he was. And this is a fast food place. Well done and I hope you continue to be as kind and courteous as you were today. ????

Yum yum yummy! Beautiful new Jack in the Box. Absolutely delightful young lady at the drive thru. Fast hot delicious ultimate bacon burger and Tacos! The iced mocha was really good as well.

Looks like store managers are sacrificing excellent service for maximum profits again. Managers are beginning to under staff and make excuses. This is the predicable formula for short sighted mediocrity.

Horrible service, a spider was on the roof and it had money so they gave it a sandwich, I really don?t know how that?s possible but it happened. That?s why I?m rating it 3 stars instead of one.
