Bohol Tropics Resort - Tagbilaran

We were so tired from our flight from boracay straight to bohol. Arrive around 6-7pm and our family is really exhausted. When we get to our room first thing we noticed the dirty bed sheets, with insect wings on the pillows, spiderwebs on the side of the bed and it looks very dusty. We called the front desk asked for house keeping and the guy just tried to dust the bed and said it's just little bug wings and he finally change the sheets that almost took an hour. I don't know why he keeps putting one sheet and pulling it back replacing one after the other and he did it probably 4x. We were just so exhausted watching him do that. They didn't even vacuum the spiderweb or try to mop the dusty floors. We were just so exhausted that we tried to sleep even though we feel the room is really dirty. My daughter couldn't sleep, she keeps coughing cos she's asthmatic to the point she vomited on the bed probably cos of the dust in the room. I got itchy rushes, they look like hives all over my arms and back. We will never come back and stay in this hotel again. We have very horrible experience, very dirty! Also there's no front desk after 10pm so if something happens nobody's there to help you out. This was a great hotel 5 years ago that's why we decided to stay here again. It's just sad how it is now.

I love the room it's spacious. But the bed frame creeks everytime you move. The bidet is full of rust. The tap water (used also for bathing) was not filtered thoroughly, it has a faint taste of salt water. The internet was just available on our first night of stay, the rest, it's gone.

From the name itself, to the wide space avaliable to roam around, this definitely is a great place to stay at for a couple days in the area. Heard that the breakfast was supposedly a buffet pre pandemic, but was still great to have a big plate as a replacement nonetheless. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

They have 3 huge pools. Bay view and peaceful ambiance. Very convenient location, just 2 to 3 mins from malls and other stores.

Beautiful place and right now it's still undergoing renovation which is truly a place away from home..
