Mcdonald's Tagbilaran

I'm so disappointed. I ordered mcdonalds through food panda and they did not give me my bbq sauce for my chicken nuggets. I was looking forward to it. Very disappointing.

Self Ordering Kiosk customers are not allowed in the other counters other than one dedicated counter making it preferable at times to rather avoid using the kiosk when the queue is long.

It's 830pm and a lot of items are not available. Food overall is quality as are the other stores but the ACs are not that good, it didn't compsensate with the number of customers inside. Staff are very quick to take and deliver the order, thanks!

Food is what you expect from a good macdonalds, but please do something about the CR it's not clean at all

Happened not only once, but seems like every mcdo branch has the rudest cs. Went to order from the mcdo app on the drive thru. However, the app was so slow to load and the cashier offered to just let me claim the discount after the app loaded as long as I pay for the order first. So after 2 minutes of waiting in the building, it finally loaded. Went inside and tried to claim the discount. Explained to them what happened calmly, but to no surprise I still get the rude attitude from them and they started arguing Infront of me in a yelling voice. Not sure why they were arguing as it was not even busy since the time was 3:30. So then I left the building as I could not handle the harassment and scandalous behavior they have shown.
