Feedback gevenI have visited this restaurant several times with my mother, and the food is always delicious.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
Food is decent enough but rather toned down Chinese in my opinion. Despite this we had a nice lunch and will be going back again. I would like to see some more spicy options on the menu,. maybe more Chinese style noodles, Kung Pao Chicken perhaps. Again wouldn't put it as authentic, tasty yes and appreciated the fact the chef came to our table to ask about our meal, rarely does that happen anymore.
I've not been in Bohol for sometime. The boat trip to Tagbilaran was pleasant. And the most welcome part was having lunch in this new place. We had a good spread - black soup with seaweed is a good start; roasted duck is soooo tender and crisp just so; patatim with cuapao is its best seller!; prawns with salted egg is a revelation; broccoli and egg, my first time and it's so good. We ended with bochi and fresh fruits.A good meal on this muggy day!
This has yet to be my favorite restaurant in tagbilaran. It is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the province. One has to understand that restaurants in Bohol are not yet that competitive, so when one is a little bit above average... it becomes the best... until you go to Cebu and to the rest of the world then it becomes a 3 star! But for bohol standards... it a whipping 5!!!
