Italianni's Restaurant - Taguig

Every time I visit BGC Highstreet, I find myself dining at this Italian restaurant that serves an amazing Seafood Risotto. Their menu offers plenty of options to cater to different tastes within the family. Although the service may not be flawless, the staff are attentive to feedback and make efforts to accommodate customer needs.

The food is decent, but not exceptional. However, the service from the staff was amazing. I really enjoyed their coffee.

The Truffle Fries and Parmesan Crusted Fish Fillet were delicious. However, the service staff were overly pushy about their membership card, even after we politely declined multiple times. It became quite annoying when they continued to offer it to us after we had already made it clear that we weren't interested.

Went there as a solo eater. They forgot my soup but still tried to charge me for it. Had the meatball and spaghetti. Spaghetti was cold, and meatball was hard as a rock, like they just took it out of the fridge. Was super disappointing. Also, service couldn't care much about me.

After 3 visits in that restaurant here are my thoughts.Service is really slow. Their prices are 1.5x times more expensive than other restaurants nearby.Regarding their food it's not something special neither something bad. I would rate it as a medium quality and in some plates bad.Overall I wouldn't suggest this place to a friend.
