Pho Hoa Vietnamese Noodle House

This restaurant is one of the best and most accessible Vietnamese noodle houses in Metro Manila. The noodles and broth are delicious, just like what you would find in Vietnam. Don't miss out on the spring rolls, as they have amazing flavor.

I have tried pho restaurants in different locations, including Pho Hoa in the Philippines, and each one has its own unique qualities. It's surprising to me that a franchise wouldn't have a set standard for seasoning and preparation. We decided to try this particular location at Alabang Town Center because we heard good things about it. However, as self-proclaimed Pho connoisseurs, my family and I were disappointed. The soup tasted different, the service was poor, and the prices seemed higher than other locations we had visited. We also tried a restaurant in Greenhills, which provided a better experience despite being a bit old and cramped. Unfortunately, our order was served incorrectly at this location as well, and both the waiter and manager failed to address the issue properly. Overall, it was a strange dining experience. We ordered cha gio and three different pho dishes, which were decent in portion size for the price. Despite the missteps, the food was still good value for money.

Be it rainy weather, a mistake I caught somewhere or fever, just to crawl in, the pho in pho hoa seems to be an elixir of the species, as it seems that the same warm characteristics of our humble aroz caldo have. the broth...taste so clean I end up always (not) slumber it to the last spoon, the noodles are properly cooked and the additions, perfect supplements to the most important ingredients. I found that they also have very well roasted tofu something we always order together with our suppe.

Pho hoa seems to have the recommendation to have Vietnamese food. one of my local Pinoy friends suggested pho hoa when I mentioned that I wanted to eat Vietnamese! Environment: (3.5/5) the restaurant has a simple facility. nothing nice, but quite good. Eat: (3.5/5) we ordered. the Pho-Khong-Tit (pho-nudel soup with meat) and huh with garlic rice. the suppe was pretty good and tasty, but felt that chicken proportion was not enough. they also have vietamese sandwiches if they want to try some. drinks: (no evaluation) I have not ordered any drinks. they do not serve alcoholic beverages. they have a selection of coffee, limonades shaken and aerated drinks. service staff: (3/5:) the service was not very fast – probably because it was a busy hour. the staff was very friendly. if you find this review useful, please click help below.
