Uncle Cheffy - Taguig

I really enjoyed the Seafood Lovers Panizza. It's also fun to eat here because the menu is so big, because it is connected to Kusê and you can order from there.

I tried their Unli Meat promo for P199.00. I ordered rice as well. I like their calamares and fried chicken (I like how salty it was). The roasted chicken is so so. They'll cook another calamares or chicken if you ask them for another serving since they claim it unli. I didn't expect they have Carbonara. As a pasta lober, I tried it. I find it so creamy that it looked like a soup (see picture) and you can easily smell the parmesan cheese that's put on it. It's delicious though. I just don't like the fact that the waiter is constantly getting the plates that we're not using even if we don't approach them. I mean, we're not yet done. We're still sitting to rest for a while after the heavy food we just ate.

When i saw this place in Skyranch i was already curious with their food. When we watched FF8 and there's an Uncle Cheffy in Venice, we had our dinner here. We ordered for carbonara, tuiey pasta, fish and chips, all meat barbeque and cheese panizza and iced tea. The serving time was so long like you'll really feel that you're starving. The food quality is so so and the iced tea...nothing special! I didnt expect that the food taste was something that you wont remember. Staffs are not that friendly though.

Nothing special about their calamares and chicken. Service was a bit slow. I have to stand to call their attention. It would be great if there's a designated crew to provide plates for their unli chicken and calamares. We've notice almost all customers ordered their unli.

The chicken they served me was panis. Started out okay but when they served me another piece of chicken. It smelled like it came from the garbage. I am furious.
